Packing slips are ingested (scanned) as email attached PDF, Excel, Word documents, or scanned directly

Outputs

Packing slip receipt data is extracted and validated for supplier id and matching purchase order line items in the ERP. Users are able to search for and edit packing slip reciept data and manage multi-page packing slips. The validated reciept data is posted to the appropriate ERP table in real time (e.g., material reciepts table). The solution implements machine learning to facilitate touchless processing.
