What it examines

Healthcheck looks at the technical environment, document processing configurations, and workflows.

Technical environment checks include review of installation, architecture, deployment best practice, security setup, server performance, log files.

Document processing checks include assessment of ingestion, classification, and extraction approaches, document review, validation, QA and export, OCR accuracy, STP rates, performance bottlenecks, and use of best practices.
