BECONEX Scan2EmployeeFile Connector

The connector supports two different scenarios to better meet the requirements of your HR-processes:

• Early scan: Documents that contain sensitive information are to be processed and put away as quickly as possible to avoid information leakage. With the early scan you can send the document to the Centric Employee File with a single click. The document is stored as a readable PDF such that any further processing can be done from inside the platform.
• Late scan: Documents can also be scanned and assigned to an employee inside the Centric Employee File later in the process, for example, when non-electronic signatures and approvals are required. In these cases, a barcode is attached to both the first page of the document and inside the employee file. When the document is ready to be scanned, the barcode will serve as tag to link it to the corresponding employee inside the platform.

• The connector enables the simple capture of documents and automates their integration into the Centric Employee File for SAP® SuccessFactors®.
• The automatic assignment of documents to employees via barcode improves the efficiency by minimizing the likelihood of routing or typing errors.
