BECONEX CS4SAP provides a transparent and reliable integration of digitalized documents directly to the DATEV-Cloud storage.

• Direct upload in the DATEV Cloud: you can index digital and paper-based documents with AutoStore or ControlSuite and archive them in the storage of the desired account directly from the capture device.
• Secure connection to DATEV: each user can authenticate themselves at the device before scanning. This makes documents and access traceable and thus increases the security of every transaction.
• Compatible for both companies and tax advisors: you can scan documents to a single preconfigured account, or use a dropdown to select the target account in case you work with many clients.
• Interactive Search: fields like the transfer service, the account, and the document type can be selected at the capture device before scanning, to automate the routing of the documents. Said fields are retrieved from the DATEV Cloud in real time.
