The BECONEX DigiSign Connector allows you to automatically seal your documents with a digital signature as part of the workflow. The seal remains valid as long as the document is not modified or tampered with. This feature allows you to preserve the integrity of digital documents and prevent unauthorized manipulation.
Additionally, a transfer note is attached to the document. It includes relevant information about the capturing and processing done to the document before the digital signature was placed.
