BECONEX CS4enaio Connector for Tungsten ControlSuite

The connector can be configured for any of the scenarios available for Scan2Enaio:

• Scan to own file: scanned documents are stored without additional metadata and can be moved to the appropriate file by the user at a later point in time.
• Scan by ticket: when scanning by ticket, the user knows which file he would like to scan into. The user can select or enter the ticket number at the MFP to insert the documents at the desired position.
• Scan into the open file: The CS4enaio connector can retrieve the list of folders that are currently open in enaio®. The MFP shows this information to the user so that he can select the desired open file.
• Scan into a team file: The team file comprehends a series of defined files in enaio®, which can be clearly identified by the information provided by the department and the employee.

• The connector enables the simple capture of documents and the automated integration into the desired file in enaio®.
• The automatic integration of documents improves the quality of processes by minimizing the likelihood of routing or typing errors.
• The information required for forwarding and saving documents can be provided by the user directly on the interface of the MFP.
