Technical Details
Inputs
SAP master data extracted via RFC-enabled Function Modules, including vendor master data, open purchase order line-item data, company code information, and SAP user data used for validation and downstream processing.
Outputs
Structured SAP data delivered to downstream systems via Microsoft SQL Server tables or configurable delimited flat files. This data is used to support OCR validation, matching, and automated business processes.

The V-Link UDI Connector was originally developed to support AP automation scenarios using Tungsten Transformation Module (KTM), now TotalAgility, where SAP master data such as vendor and purchase order information is used to improve OCR validation and document accuracy.
While commonly used in AP processes, the connector is not limited to invoice workflows. It can also be used to support other SAP-driven processes such as sales order processing, goods receipts, and customer or vendor onboarding by supplying accurate SAP master data to validate and complete business transactions.
