Configurable to produce Tagged as well as Ordered DIP index files. Supports dynamic document storage location path and file naming. Supports dynamic index file location path and file naming. Supports Tungsten tables (OnBase multi-instance keywords, one index record per row, or delimited values). Simple keyword mapping interface to define field labels, with ability to map document index fields, batch fields, system values, etc.
Benefits
Because Hyland Services, LLC announced that they have discontinued full support for their Hyland Services Release Script for Capture (starting with OnBase® version 15 SP1), ImageTech developed this fully integrated solution. Capture 11.0 customers are directed to instead use the OnBase Document Import Processor (“DIP”) to store documents and associated information to the OnBase system.
