Irrespective of the use of a DMS, any information captured from the documents can be transferred to the IKAROS debt collection software. Here, the Export Connector IKAROS directly controls the IKAROS import. The setup is based on the IKAROS import definition files and thus covers all facets of case processing in the debt collection sector, from adding information to an existing transaction to automatically creating a complete new file. An import manager is included for current IKAROS G4 versions. This import manager also ensures prompt import into actively used files by means of a queue.
