Ad-Hoc Redaction

Easily incorporate ad-hoc redaction into your Tungsten environment by adding the ImageTech Ad-Hoc Redaction Module. This module enables organizations to jumpstart their redaction needs quickly. Once enabled, this module can allow users to identify documents that require redaction. Users can then simply draw boxes around the words and phrases that require redaction. Once the module is closed, redactions are made permanent. Organizations do have the ability to release the redacted document and the original for maximum flexibility.

Automated Structured Forms Redaction

This custom module is designed for organizations that require redaction on any kind of structured form, such as Order Forms, Court Documents, Applications, etc. With this solution in place, organizations can identify the areas (zones) on documents where confidential information exists, including Social Security Numbers, Addresses, Birth Dates, Names, Credit Card Numbers, and more. Leveraging the power of Tungsten, this solution automatically redacts these areas without any user intervention required.  NOTE: Used together with ImageTech's Ad Hoc Tungsten Redaction Module, customers have the option of a "structured redaction with verification" solution to confirm the automated zonal placement of redaction, and then add/edit redactions while stilll in the workflow.

Automated Unstructured Document Redaction (w/ Transformation)

Designed for ultimate flexibility, the ImageTech Automated Unstructured Document Redaction solution leverages the power of Transformation Modules software to redact information from semi-structured and unstructured documents. This solution is ideal for public institutions and organizations that require redaction of confidential information on any document that may come in to the organization regardless of format. This solution allows organizations to identify certain words, phrases, and patterns to be redacted regardless of the format of the document or the location that they may be found.  Again, this module may be used with or without the added "verification" step using ImageTech's Ad Hoc Redaction capabilities.

Flexible and configurable permanent redaction within the Tungsten batch workflow (no need for a separate step or other 3rd party product).
