Designed for a very specific purpose where core product email functionality is not sufficient.
Collector Standalone is designed to use Collector and optionally Collector Converters to provide the same functionality that is currently available to Invoices customers by providing attachment conversion and manipulation. The result can then be imported into Kofax ReadSoft Invoices.
The application can be extended upon request to provide additional functionality by adding custom Collector Converters or output plugins (additional cost).

The Collector standalone add-on runs as a windows service and can retrieve attachments from emails and drop the attachments in a destination folder. Additional functionality can be accomplished by using the Collector Converters Package (sold separately) if document conversion is needed. It supports multiple configurations, i.e. it can access multiple mailboxes and multiple destination folders. Attachments as a result of this can be processed further with other processes.
