Printix Cloud Print API​ Mail to Printix Azure Logic App Workflow ​v2.0

The Azure Logic App provides the following workflow capabilities:​

• Send an e-mail with attachments to an Office 365 Mailbox​
• Azure Logic App would then pull the e-mail message from this Office 365 Mailbox​
• Based upon the logic it would then follow the Azure Logic App workflow​
• Attachments will be converted to PDF and then sent to the Printix direct or secure print queue ​
• Known accounts / employees are filtered using a domain name suffix allowing print only​
• Guest Users will automatically receive a (customizable) activation e-mail, with instructions on how to release print jobs

​Once installed and running, this Azure Logic App will provide the capability to monitor an Office 365 Mailbox and process the email along with attachments. New (guest) users will be created in the associated Printix Tenant and sent a Welcome email with instructions on how to retrieve their documents in Printix.​

Improvements:

1. Simplified deployment process; workflows can now be deployed in 5 minutes.

2. Automatic guest account activation upon receipt of the first email with attachments. Attachments are processed automatically as print jobs, and the initial email no longer needs to be resent.

3. Updated welcome email body.
