The In-house Payment Lockbox for TotalAgility from Genus Technologies enables businesses to avoid the inevitable costs, delays, and inefficiencies experienced when using outside lockbox services or manually processing customer payments. Customer checks automatically apply to outstanding balances, and at an appointed time of day, the In-house Payment Lockbox generates a Check 21 Act-compliant Image Cash Letter (ICL) and digitally transmits a deposit to the client's bank.
